Role definition : Coordinate and monitor the implementation of HIV prevention, diagnosis, treatment and care for key populations and priority populations and provide consolidated guidelines on person-centred HIV patient monitoring in scale up districts. S/he will oversee the implementation of services for KP/PP and gender integration.
