Role definition : The DREAMS Technical Officer will be responsible for the technical and budgetary oversight of DREAMS activities. She/ he will ensure timely planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of activities, as well as provide technical/strategic guidance and monitor budget expenditures and reporting in line with Baylor Uganda’s program objectives and donor requirements.
