The ideal candidate possesses a background in hospitality and is passionate about guest services, accountability, and driving results. This candidate must be a strong hands-on industry professional who can balance leadership, planning, and execution. They will be responsible for managing all daily operations, overseeing staff, guest satisfaction, and supplier relations. Ultimately this individual will be expected to achieve business goals and ensure high levels of customer service.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure the property looks impeccable, maintaining a clean and organized appearance
- Oversee and manage bookkeeping and accounts.
- Review and manage financial reports and identify operational findings .
- Make guests feel safe and comfortable by creating a worry free, carefree experience.
- Provide fast and efficient service with accuracy. Meet service requirements and anticipate guest needs.
- Manage and lead a diligent and professional staff
- Collaborate with ownership/senior management on marketing efforts.
- Address employee relations in a timely fashion and ensure action is taken to adhere to company values..
- Delegate operational issues to staff with corresponding initiatives and actions.
- Evaluate monthly performance, present key findings to ownership/senior management, and make recommendations for operational improvement.
- Oversee operations within the restaurant, ensuring day to day operations are running efficiently
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Associate degree and/or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related area preferred.
- 4+ years of managerial experience or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive office.
- Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment driving strategy and execution.
- Must possess the ability to lead and manage a team to give a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return
- Must display commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of company goals.
