Job Summary: The IT Security and Governance Senior Officer is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of Tropical Bank’s information systems and technology infrastructure. They will develop and implement comprehensive IT security policies, procedures, and controls, while also overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position requires a strong technical background in IT security, governance, and risk management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
