JHC is therefore looking for commission based Sales Representatives with promotional
merchandise sales experience to join its successful and expanding sales team. If you are an ambitious, self-driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing customers’ requirements, then apply for this position.
Job title; Sales Representative.
Reporting to; Business Development Coordinator.
Supervises; None
Main purpose of the job;
To identify new markets, customer leads and prospective customers for JHC products. The Sales Representative will implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics to gain new customers and achieve sales and profit goals.
Key duties and responsibilities;
1) Generate demand for JHC products through marketing engagements
2) Ensure that daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved
3) Develop new businesses and progressively increase sales to all new and existing customers, in line with set targets.
4) Pick up and account for samples from JHC that are used in marketing activities
5) Provide interim reports on marketing performance
6) Perform regular market surveys or analyses
7) Do identification of distribution channels and respond timely to their demands
8) Identify market activation strategies and carry them out in liaison with Business Development Coordinator
9) Carry out activities for brand awareness.
10)Build clientele through phone calls and marketing programs
Person Specifications
Qualifications;
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in any of the following; Business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Commerce or related field
Experience
1. Acumen for business development

2) High level of accuracy
3) Level of attention to detail
Compensation;
There is uncapped earning potential with generous commission strategy for this position.
The position is purely compensated on a commission basis.
