Project Facilitators
Job summary
The project facilitator is responsible for the impact on the ground through project planning and implementation, provision of technical guidance to target groups, field monitoring, reporting, and identification of potential areas for business development and scaling up impact. S/he will be responsible for organizing, managing, coordinating, and facilitating training and market linkages of the target beneficiaries through project partners. S/he will represent the project/organization during Team/Stakeholder meetings at the district and sub-counties levels and provide feedback on deliberations and actions.
Qualifications and skills
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in community/development work and/or in the private sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, Business, Agribusiness, and or other relevant fields, post-graduate training in Skills/Enterprise Development, Community Facilitation.
• Demonstrable skills in facilitation, communication, activity planning, implementation and monitoring, advocacy, leadership, community mobilization, reporting, computer, business case design and implementation, knowledge of Private Sector operations.
