The job holder is responsible for the management and implementation of the COVID 19 vaccination activities in the region and contribute to the overall project success through sharing COVID 19 vaccination related lessons learned and good practice in the Region. S/he with other project stakeholders and teams will mobilize the target priority person groups to access the COVID 19 vaccination services at all designated facilities. S/he will liaise with the programs, district and health facility teams to ensure capacity building for COVID 19 vaccine administration, monitoring and management of adverse events following vaccination as well as COVID 19 related information and data management. S/He shall also be responsible for organizing the COVID 19 vaccination project activities in the region and managing resources effectively and efficiently
Candidate must have at least a Diploma Diploma in clinical medicine and
community health and a Valid practicing License. ABachelor’s degree in public health is an
added advantage. The successfu candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in
clinical care for People Living with HIV (PLHIV); Knowledge of Ministry of Health systems/district health service delivery; experience in implementation of Health Systems Strengthening interventions and Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
