MACHINE SPECIALIST

The key purpose of this role is to maintain, repair and optimize the E&F plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost without sacrificing standards.

 

Key outputs and responsibilities:

  • Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation / systems
  • Plan and prepare the maintenance jobs and plant shut-downs
  • Schedules completion – job allocation overview of quality of workmanship by other maintenance specialist and artisans on responsible equipment
  • Continuously improve (optimize) planning process
  • Allocate and plan maintenance tasks

  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Maintain, repair equipment, improvements and optimize plant and associated equipment
  • Work in Teams
  • Apply the VPO principles and practices

 

 

Profile:

Education And Experience:

  • National Diploma  Electrical  Engineering,
  • 3-years’ Experience in engineering maintenance Environment.
  • Utilities Plant experience in Steam Plant, Ammonia Refrigeration, CO2 plant, Water Treatment & Compressed Air., Power plant and BTS.
