Instrument / ICSS Engineer

Job Description

  • Supervise the EPC Contractor detail design, review the ICSS and Instrumentation deliverables ensuring
  • compliance with project requirements
  • Provide support to the ICSS- Instrument Lead Study, engineer and supervise the development of the ICSS network architecture
  • Supervise the detail design of ESD – F&G logic / functionality
  • Supervise the detail design of Software Interfaces protocol (P-3 packages etc.)
  • Supervise the definition of the Battery-limits / interfaces for the various sections of the ICSS
  • Provide support to Safety and Process discipline in the development of the design, procurement, attend tests and certification of the HIPPS (High Integrity Pressure Protection System)
  • Follow-up and support to procurement, construction, expediting, FAT and commissioning for discipline related activities

Context and environment

Candidate profile

  • Engineering degree in relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of related oil & gas facilities experience preferable on onshore activities.
  • Specialist with extensive experience of field instrumentation as well as control and safety systems. Experience of monitoring engineering, construction and commissioning performed by an EPC contractor.
