Position Vacancy: e-Learning Officer
Department: Global Programs, Uganda Field Office
Position Reports To: Senior Technical Advisor
Position Supervised: None
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors’s degree in Public Health, Project Management or related
field.
At least 5 years’ experience implementing donor-funded projects.
Familiarity with virtual communication platforms and IT.
Demonstrated understanding of Uganda’s healthcare system,
experience living and working in Uganda preferred.
Familiarity with USG administrative, management and reporting
procedures and systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with geographically dispersed
groups.
Excellent written, presentation, communication and organizational
skills in English.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
