Job Title: Coordinator-Demand Management

Reporting to: Manager-Demand Management

Division – Technology

 

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job

To articulate business ideas; suggestions and problems in technology terms and develop business cases to convert them into deliverable solutions.

Main Job Functions:

  • Quality of products development solutions
  • Completeness, accuracy and efficiency of defined processes and procedures
  • Adherence to approved operating standards and methodologies
  • Efficient delivery of solutions in line with defined of SLAs
  • Quality and comprehensiveness of reports generated
  • Post implementation project review and audit results
  • Customer Satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

 

Job Requirements (Education, Experience and Competencies)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Science / Commercial)
  • Project management certification

 

Experience:

  • 3 years relevant experience which includes at least 2 years of project management experience and process driven environments; system implementation experience in the telecommunication
  • Experience with a reputable organization
