Position holder will be responsible for review of payments and provision of high-quality financial information consistent with PEPFAR policies, procedures, applicable to the laws and standards of financial management and meet the interests of all the project’s stakeholders.
Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting) OR BBA (Accounting) plus full professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA.
S/he will have 5 years,’ experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing field, 2 of which are in middle management positions.
S/he must have demonstrable knowledge of donor financial accounting procedures (multi donor reporting) and clear understanding of GoU and IAS/AFRS accounting requirements.
Hands-on-computer skills in MS Word and at least two accounting packages (including QuickBooks) are a requirement for this job.
