The position holder will plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students of Environmental Health Science to fully develop skills and fulfill their academic potential. The job holder will work as part of the team to ensure that the curriculum, as set by the Ministry of Education and Sports, is delivered at the set standards and that examinations are conducted in line with the Uganda Allied Health Professionals Examinations body guidelines and procedures.
A Bachelors degree in Environmental Health Science plus a post graduate Diploma or Degree in Medical Education. Candidate with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Health Sciences or Public Health will have an added advantage. The successful candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience as a Tutor in Recognized Institution of Higher Learning or 3 years’ experience in a busy Public Health setting.
