The Government of Uganda is implementing the Public Financial Management (PFM) Reform Strategy (2018-2023) coordinated through the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. A PFM Reforms Coordination (RCU) was set up to facilitate implementation of the Reforms through the Resource Enhancement and Accountability Programme (REAP) and support other high value service delivery projects currently; the Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and the Uganda Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfers Program (UgiFT).
The activities facilitated through the RCU are funded by the Government of Uganda and Development Partners.
The Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development wishes to fill the position of Programme Finance Specialist/Head of Finance and Administration in the PFM Reforms Coordination Unit.
