Responsibilities
Overall leadership for HR function in organization.
Implement Administrative and Human Resources initiatives, policies, procedures and systems that optimize staff productivity and organizational efficiency /effectiveness in line with NTIHC policy frameworks, Demonstrated experience in HR best practices and statutory requirements.
Education/Competencies:
Master’s degree/post graduate qualification in Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Human Resource management, Public Administration, Business administration (HR), or other HR/ Administration-related discipline.
Professional affiliation to any nationally, internationally/recognized HR body (desirable).
At least 4-5 years’ relevant experience in managing an HR function or section in HR related work in NGO.
