This position is located in the Human Resources and Talent Management Unit of RSCE. The IC will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Purpose
The Individual Contractor (IC) will take the lead under the supervision of the CHRO, to
organise a series of training courses on the subject matter. He/she will conduct French Language workshops in Entebbe for all interested staff.
Scope and method
The IC will organise a six months language cycle consisting of two courses on a weekly basis for each level, beginners and intermediate. The IC will develop all the required training materials including PowerPoint presentations, handouts as well as group work exercises. He/she will conduct placement tests prior to the course and will place applicants according to their respective levels. He/she will conduct tests at the end of every course and communicate the results to the participants. He/she could be assigned other duties as well as additional training programmes by the CHRO as the need arises.
