· Mitooma HCIV in Mitooma district (1),
· Rugazi hub in Rubirizi district (2),
· Nsiika HCIV in Buhweju district (1),
· Ruhooko Hub in Ibanda (2),
· Kazo HCIV in Kazo district (1) and,
· Rushere Hub in Kiruhura district (2)
