EVD Knowledge Management Specialists (2 positions)
Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer(locum)
Duration: 30 days.
Location: Kampala, Uganda (local position)
Reports to: Program Implementation Manager- Kampala
Job Purpose:
The Knowledge Management Specialist will be responsible for a wide variety of activities related to identifying, managing, packaging, and disseminating key information to advance technical practice and provide practitioners with the tools they need to complete implementation of the post EVD recovery plan. Specifically, the KM Specialist will lead and support development of EVD IPC KM products, coordinate learning and harvest meetings events, conduct operational research, produce resources and guidance, and facilitate ongoing content development and engagement. The KM Specialist will support the project team to use traditional and digital learning approaches to develop and implement innovative, creative, and effective ways to strategically capture and share technical knowledge, leverage good practices, and improve the effectiveness of the post recovery workplan activities.
