Job Purpose :
Provide enterprise-wide accountability for ensuring the Bank’s Information Communication Technology (ICT) platforms and systems are performing efficiently in alignment to the Bank’s strategy and objectives. Ensure ICT environment is compliant with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Track ICT department activities in accordance with Bank strategy and transformation requirements. Ensure that applicable unit/department heads have the correct IT policies, procedures, standards and practices for conformance in a manner that mitigates non-compliance with legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements.
Follow up on closure of identified gaps in ICT as raised by Audit, Risk or Independent Consultants. Work closely with ICT Management to establish and conduct oversight to the use of information and associated technologies, including the acceptance of responsibilities, in respect to both supply of and demand for ICT.
