1. Project Director (2 Positions)- Butunduzi and Kanyandahi
The PD is the team leader of the project staff and reports to the Project Overseer. He or she is expected to offer knowledge, guidance and technical skills to beneficiaries and stakeholders in a holistic programing.
Core Duties for PD
Is a witness for Christ and serves as an advocate for beneficiaries in church and community.
Offers leadership to staff and stakeholders (mentorship, supervision, coordination and evaluation)
Responsible for day to day running of activities for efficient and effective program implementation
Implements standards of child and youth agreement as lead technical staff
Acts as accounting officer – maintain books of accounts, financial reporting and asset management
Networking and partnership while enhancing Local resource mobilization of resources to the project
Monthly, quarterly, semi- and annual monitoring, reporting and evaluations to supervisors
Knowledge and skills required
Mature Christian aged Age: 30-45 years and demonstrate involvement in church ministry
Must hold a degree in social work, social science or related discipline. Computer skills is a must
Must have good interpersonal skills, a team builder and willing to take initiative
Ability to apply and adapt to the established accounting procedures to a variety of accounting systems
Good written and communication skills
Previous supervisory experience, counselling training and experience will be an added advantage
