The Secretary, Public Service Commission informs all applicants who applied for jobs under PSC External Advert (GRE) No. 1/2023 that;
1) The deadline for appeals against not being shortlisted is Wednesday 10th May, 2023 at 5.00pm.
2) Schedules for Aptitude Exams at Makerere University will be uploaded and displayed on the Public Service Commission E-Recruitment Portal https://vacancies.psc.go.ug/ors
3) The schedule will indicate the date and time each candidate is supposed to sit for the Aptitude Exam.
4) Each candidate MUST print out their examination card and come with it to the examination venue. Candidates must log in to their E-Recruitment portal accounts to access their examination cards.
5) Aptitude Exams will run from Monday 15th May 2023 up to Thursday 25th May 2023.
6) There will be nine (9) shifts per day, except the last day when there will be only five (5) shifts.
7) No candidate will be allowed to sit for the Aptitude Exam before or after the date he/she has been scheduled to sit for the Aptitude Exam. The Public Service Commission will not entertain appeals from candidates for changes in the dates when they are scheduled to sit for Aptitude Exams.
8) Any form of examination malpractice will lead to automatic disqualification of the candidates caught in examination malpractice.
9) Candidates are advised to leave their bags and phones at home. Limited storage spaces will be provided in the examination rooms for the candidates who will turn up with bags and telephones.
