Position Title – Data Intuition Uganda (DIU) Board Member
Reports To – Members of the Entire DIU Board
Board Member Country – Open (Worldwide)
Length of Term – To be discussed in Quarter one of 2022
Role Summary
The DIU board is legally and ethically responsible for all activities of the organization;
●Determines how DIU carries out its mission over long & short-range planning
●Adopts an annual budget and provides fiscal oversight
●Recruits, orients, and develops board members
●Hires and evaluates the performance of the DIU Team lead
●Evaluates organization performance in achieving its mission
●Establishes policies for the effective management of the organization
General Expectation
This role works with other Board members to undertake the responsibility of ensuring DIU
is effective and financially sound. The successful member will be joining a diverse group of
people, and He/she brings a wide and diverse range of life experience, work, wisdom and
wealth to the Data Intuition Uganda, DIU.
