Key Responsibilities:

Set up Rajoo machines to start/stop a production cycle (cleaning, lubrication, setting….)
Overall responsibility of Rajoo machine
Preventive maintenance of Rajoo machine on regular basis
Spare management (Records for used/require spare on Rajoo Machine)
Keep records of breakdowns, maintenance and unit produced.
Ensure proper manpower utilization on Rajoo Machine
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe working area.
Teaching other concern team member about Rajoo, improve their knowledge and competence and give timely feedback on their performance.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
Proper handling of raw material and packaging material for Rajoo machine.
Maintain all the records as per the management request
Conduct the trial as per the management requirements.
maintenance and troubleshoot problems during machine operation.

Minimum Requirements.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline in relation to engineering.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
Ability to set up all husky machines for production start-up and shutdown, control and adjust machine settings.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Experience in Food and Beverage is an added advantage.
Experience in a Rajoo Machine is key in this role.
