PLASTIC PRODUCTION MANAGER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsibility of Plastic Division
Ensure proper production planning and execution in the plastic department
Maintain a good working system to achieve management objectives and goals
Ensure records of breakdowns, maintenance and unit produced
Ensure production output according to determined quality specifications in a profitable manner
Maintain all the records in the plastic division
Ensure proper handling of raw material and packaging material with proper records
Ensure preventive maintenance of all machines and Molds on regular basis
Ensure and monitoring of effective Break Down maintenance when required
Spare management and Planning (Records for used/require spare on all Machines)
Ensure proper manpower utilization in Plastic Division
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe working area.
Teaching other concern team member about Machine & Process, improve their knowledge and competence and give timely feedback on their performance.
Ensure proper Set up of all machines to start/stop a production cycle (cleaning, lubrication, setting….).
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
Performance Monitoring of the plastic department with data.
Coordination with other department for a smooth running of the plant.
Conduct the trial as per the management requirements.
Any other task or duty as per the management request.

Ability to set up all husky & Rajoo machines for production start-up and shutdown, control and adjust machine settings.
Provide support to Husky & Rajoo team for maintenance, changeover and record keeping.
Monitor the performance of your junior team in plastic division.
Find and report any kinds of machine breakdowns and injuries/accidents on line.
Propose and follow up any possible developments within your working environment (Safety, Performance, Equipment life…).
Participating in trainings to improve junior team competence.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
Check production output according to determined quality specifications in a profitable manner.
Coordinate with all plastic team and other department for a smooth running of the plant.
Any other task or duty as per the management request.
