Job purpose:
To establish and strengthen capacity of smallholder producers for sustained and quality egg production. The Producer Relations Manager will oversee all activities of the Producer Relations Department including Extension and Advisory services; Coordination & Management; Efficient Egg Collection; Implementation of MOUs with farmers; Managing of Feeds for Eggs Program; Developing and managing the relationship with Farmers as well as supporting the Monitoring, Knowledge Management and Learning.
