Job Summary;
The role Holder is to manage shift operations, oversee health and safety in the operations, ensure daily production targets are met following standard operating procedures and set quality targets, coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders in the safe and optimal execution of quarry and crushing activities, manage stockyards (both enclosed and open) and to find/implement solutions to hazards on site while
keeping management and other stakeholders appraised of the Health, Safety and Environmental status of the workplace. S/He is responsible for implementing workplace standards and ensuring subordinates adhere to the same and provide daily work reports.
