Rwenzori Centre for Research and Advocacy (RCRA) is an Indigenous not for profit organization founded in 2010 by Medical Doctors and social workers and incorporated in 2014 as a not for profit organisation charity No. 186835, in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council since 2017-2020. As a Centre of excellence for innovations and research, RCRA serves the communities of the Albertine rift in Africa to earn their full potential for sustainable development, high quality human healthcare, and human dignity. The mission of RCRA is to empower communities for improved livelihoods, healthcare and education appropriate for the 21st century, through awareness, research, technology and innovation. RCRA is also promoting health research and the use of technology such e-health, mobile technologies and other web-based information systems in disease surveillance and management of disease outbreaks. The volunteer will support in writing grant application and completing the logframe for an integrated adolescents and youth sexual reproductive health and rights, livelihoods and climate change project
Task description
Grant writer for completing an application and logframe matrix for an integrated health livelihoods and climate interventions to strengthen family well-being and climate resilience. The volunteer will support in writing the project proposal methodology and log frame. The volunteer will be provided with the concept note for use in completing sections of the project proposal and log frame
Requirements
Required experience
Advanced grant writer on developing project logframe, should have wider experience in adolescents and youth sexual reproductive health services.
