The position holder will oversee, support and ensure the existence of an appropriate and functional ICT and data system across Mildmay Uganda Hospital including system audit, capacity building, and infrastructure optimization. She/he will also direct the operation as well as assist teams to access and troubleshoot Clinic Master and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering with 3-year work experience in ICT Administration and support Data Management or Database Management and programming knowledge/background (VB.NET and C#)
- Demonstrable knowledge in the following areas; Microsoft SQL Server, Networking protocols, Strong troubleshooting skills and training in LIMS Administration (LIMS Administrator 1, LIMS Administrator 2) is an added advantage.
- A working knowledge and understanding of Hospital operations and workflows is an added advantage.
