Job Description
- Implement and monitor corporate health, Safety, environment and Quality standards and programs in relation to TOTAL Lubricants.
- Participates in the formulation and execution of the general Lubricants sales & marketing plan.
- Participate in the implementation of DMS (distributor management system) and LINKS (Lubricants In the Network Sales).
- Participate in the formulation and execution of actions against counterfeit lubricants or execution of product differentiation actions in the market.
- Liaises with the Marketing team to coordinate the branding of the respective outlets (service bays – distributors, resellers and other points of sale) to grow and maintain visibility of the TOTAL Brand.
- Monitors, identifies and communicates changes in the market conditions in terms of competitor initiatives, price surveys and use knowledge to continuously prospect for potential clients and new opportunities. Maintain a prospection data base for the Lubricants section.
- Monitor stock levels of lubricants and issue periodic reports on the same.
- Analyze all sales data available & advise management about identified trends (.e.g. from SAP, customer data base, the authentication system, Order Management System, and any other platforms available).
Candidate profile
- A strong and broad-based business related degree /Engineering degree e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing and Commerce.
- Less than 1 year professional work experience
- Good conceptual, innovative, computer, business writing, numeric and analytical and decision making skills.
- Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
- Communication skills are a pre-requisite;
- Must be innovative, self driven and result oriented.
