Job Description
- Monitoring postings on critical accounts (FX gains & losses, product losses,…)
- Controlling and reporting on a monthly basis actual fixed costs versus budgeted data
- Analysing and proposing areas of improvement to reduce fixed costs
- Reporting delays in postings of monthly fixed expenses
- Collecting data for the budget
- Preparing ad-hoc reports for management
- Managing Profit & cost centre master data in SAP
- Controlling allocation cycles in SAP (Both PCA and NCA)
- Managing vendor master data in SAP in liaison with SSC
- Manage / Follow up on the Investment budget (Investment module management, F.C.A’s, Liquidations)
- Participate in the monthly stock take
Candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Strong experience in different business areas of the company
Other requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with strict adherence to deadlines
- Strong functional skills in IT systems and Excel
